Shipping & Delivery

Delivery usually takes place from Monday to Saturday. Most packages are delivered by DHL, DPD or PostNL. You will receive a track & trace code via email.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery you will receive a message with the time when the carrier will again try to deliver the package or you receive a message where you can pick up the package.

Small parcels, which fit through the mailbox, are sent without a tracking code.

Larger parcels and/or pallets will be shipped with one of our freight carriers. You will receive a message from the carrier about the intended time of delivery. If the timing is not convenient you can contact the carrier directly to arrange another delivery time.

Delivery time

Together with our partners we try to deliver your order as soon as possible. Each order placed on working days before 15:00 hrs is prepared and shipped the same day so that you have your order as soon as possible.

Orders with a shipping address within the Netherlands are usually delivered the next day. For other EU countries there is a delivery time of 2 to 5 working days.

If an article is unexpectedly out of stock, this will be indicated. For an expected delivery time, we recommend that you contact our customer service. No rights can be derived from this delivery time.

Incomplete delivery

It is not always possible to send all items from your order at the same time. If there are still items to be sent, you can see this in your account. If all items are shipped, but you have not received everything, please contact our customer service.

Shipping costs

For orders up to a certain amount and orders outside the EU we will ask a contribution to the shipping costs. This contribution will depend on the delivery address and the total order value.

Remote areas will also incur additional shipping costs in line with the additional transport costs we pay to our carriers. Please contact us for any questions.
