To place an order is easy and safe. Every order placed on working days before 15:00 hrs is prepared and shipped the same day such that you can have your order delivered to you as soon as possible.

Placing an order step by step

We try to make it as easy as possible for you to place an order.

Find the item you want to buy and place it in the shopping cart. The window with 'my shopping cart' will open and show the product you have just added to the cart.

Check your order and, if necessary, adjust quantities or products directly in the shopping cart.

Do you want to continue shopping? No problem, click on 'continue shopping' and you will return to the previous page and can continue shopping. You can also add any related items in your shopping cart.

If you have a discount code, you can enter it here and directly see the discount appear. Shipping is free for orders above a certain amount, but if you like to check shipping costs before proceeding please enter a postal code to check.

Step 1 – Your details

If you wish to complete your order, we will ask you for your details. You can checkout as a new customer or as a registered customer.

Registration makes it easier to find back order details and get news and rebates for future orders. As a guest we will only ask the details to be able to fulfil your current order.

As a registered customer all details will be filled out automatically.

Please make sure that all required fields are filled out and that the invoice and shipping address are correct.

Step 2 – Shipping method

Choose the desired shipping method. Please note that based on your shipping address 1 or more shipping methods might be available.

Step 3 – Payment method

Choose your payment method. For more information on the different payment methods – please check the section Payment Methods.

Step 4 – Confirmation

As a final step, please check all details of your order, agree with our general terms and conditions and push the buy button.

After confirmation you will receive an email confirming your order. If you have not received a confirmation e-mail please check your spam folder. If you still do not have a confirmation please contact our customer service to see if something went wrong while ordering.

Change or cancel your order

Changed your mind? No problem. Please contact our customer service to change your order. You can only cancel if your order has not yet been shipped. Has your order already been shipped? Then you can refuse it at the door or return it via the return form.
